Click & Collect allows you to place and pay for an order online and then collect the order from a Blush store that you nominate.
Once your order has been received and processed, we will send you an email advising that your order is ready for collection.
Please allow up to 2 business hours to receive the notification that you order is ready for collection.
Collection can only occur within the normal trading hours of the store that you nominated to pick up from.

No. Click & Collect is a complimentary service.
Please allow up to 2 hours from the time you placed your Click & Collect order to receive email notification that the order is ready for collection.
Any of our extremely helpful staff in the nomicated store can assist you with your Click & Collect order.
Click & Collect orders will be kept for 30 days from the date your order was placed. After 30 days, your order will be cancelled and we will contact you to arrange a refund.
Please allow up to 10 days for your bank to return the funds into your account.
You will need to bring the following items
- The credit card used to pay for the purchase
- Valid photo ID
- Your Click & Collect order confirmation number
The name on the order confirmation must match the name on the photo ID.
Just as with online orders placed for delivery, Blush strongly advises customers to only use their full name as it appears on valid photo ID to avoid any identifcation issues.
You will be required to sign for the order when collecting it.
Yes. If you have decided that an item in not quite right for you, Blush will happily exchange the item for you providing it is in line with the Blush Returns Policy when you return the item in-store.
