• Thoroughly cleanse the face, pat dry and then apply your chosen active oil, serum or facial mask to skin
• Sit the Roller on your skin – do not press it in (simply let the weight of the roller be the guide) and focussing on one cross-section of the face (for example the cheek area) gently roll 4–5 times horizontally, vertically and diagonally. Be mindful to avoid under eye area
• Continue to the next untreated area (i.e. the other cheek) and again roll 4–5 times horizontally, vertically and diagonally – again avoiding under the eye
• Next repeat process on the chin area and then the forehead, until the entire face has been treated. Immediately clean Roller head after use

• Pro Tip - Progress slowly and gently do not rush and never apply pressure to any area you are rolling
