Blush offers 2 postage services within Fiji. 

Our Standard service is Registered Post and has a flat cost of $5 anywhere on Viti Levu or Vanua Levu. Registered Post orders can take up to 7 business days to arrive from the date of sending. Please allow 24 hours (1 working day) from the moment that payment has been confirmed as received for your order to be sent. Items sent by Registered Post must go to a postal address.

Our Priority service is EMS and has a flat cost of $7 Viti Levu and $14 Vanua Levu. EMS is an overnight service. EMS orders will be sent the same day if payment is received before 1pm. EMS orders sent on a Friday are not guaranteed to arrive until Monday. Items sent by EMS can be sent to a postal address or a business address.

Please be aware that the transit times commence from when full payment has been received for your order and not from when your order has been placed. 

Blush is not responsible for any postage transit times quoted on this website. Any estimated transit times are provided by the carrier and exclude weekends and public holidays and may vary during busy periods. Expected transit times might also be affected as a result of delays beyond the control of the carrier, for instance, severe weather conditions (such as cyclones and flooding). 

Consignment numbers are available for all Blush orders.

Returns Policy

Blush will always endeavour to make your shopping experience whether it be instore or through our website as pleasurable as possible.

This policy applies to all purchases made from Blush, instore or online.

 

Consumer Guarantee

If you believe an item to be faulty, Blush will accept returns and provide you with a product exchange, refund (refund will be provided using original payment method) or repair where: 

  • The item is faulty or is not of acceptable quality, or
  • The item is not fit for its intended purpose, or
  • The product does not match the sample or our description

If you have ordered from the Blush website and received an incorrect item, we will be more than happy to offer you a refund, replacement, exchange or store credit. In this case, Blush will also reimburse you for the return postage. If this is the case, please contact Blush within 7 days of receiving your order so we can make the necessary arrangements.

Where an item is damaged through misuse or abnormal use, Blush will not provide a refund, exchange or repair.

 

Proof of purchase

Please note that all Returns, Refunds and Exchange requests must be accompanied by your original register receipt or website receipt for online purchases (order confirmations will not be accepted).

Photocopies of the original documents will not be accepted.

 

Change of Mind

Should you decide that the item you have purchased from Blush not be what you were after, you may return to us in its original packaging for a product exchange, provided that:

  • You have provided satisfactory Proof of Purchase
  • The item is in original/ saleable condition, meaning:
    • The item is in its original packaging
    • The item is unworn, unused, unopened and untested (as sold) and any product seals remain intact.
    • Any original tags and labels are still attached
  • The Exchange or Return is sought within a reasonable period of time (in most cases a reasonable period of time is deemed to be 30 days from the date of purchase)
  • Return postage costs (if any) are at the customers expense
  • The item wasn’t on sale at the time of purchase

If you are sending an item back to Blush via the post, please remember that returned items must be received in the same condition as you received them and within the guidelines above. Please pack up any returned items carefully to ensure that they arrive safely and undamaged, otherwise Blush might not be able to offer an exchange or store credit and the product will be returned to you at your expense. Blush suggests that you use a trackable service such as Registered Post or EMS to ensure delivery of any returned products. Items not received, cannot be redeemed for a product exchange or store credit.

If you are unable to provide satisfactory Proof of Purchase, Blush at their absolute discretion reserves their right not to offer a refund for change of mind.

Unfortunately, refunds will not be issued for Change of Mind returns.

Special Exceptions

No Returns for Change of Mind

Please choose carefully as we do not offer returns for Change of Mind on the following items. 

  • Gift Certificates and eVouchers
    • Blush Gift Certificate
    • Blush Gift eVoucher
  • Items that were on sale at the time of purchase

These Special Exceptions do not apply to any items that are returned in accordance with the Consumer Guarantees detailed above.

  

Testing/ Allergic reaction

We recommend that all customers test a product prior to purchasing, especially if the product is new and/ or unknown to you. Testers are available instore for all products we sell.

We also recommend that you check the product ingredients thoroughly, prior to purchase for any known ingredients that could irritate your skin.

Should you have a reaction to any cosmetic products, we recommend that you discontinue use immediately and seek your Doctor’s advice to identify the agent/ ingredient that your skin is sensitive to.

Unfortunately Blush is not able to offer a refund on cosmetic items once their packaging or seal has been broken.
